An urgent and imperative need to establish institutions of excellence and relevance in the fields of Science, Technology, Medical science and Management to cater to the needs of the minorities, in particular, and other people of Siwan in general was realized. Trust/Society known as ‘Islamia Educational and social welfare trust” Siwan (Bihar) was formed under the dynamic leadership of Janab Dr. Md. Shahabuddin (Member of Parliament) as trustee in the year 1998. over the years. the trust has been involved in the educational and social development of Siwan and has demonstrated a high degree of administrative and financial management expertise in managing efficiently several institutions.
